| Hyman was born in Charlotte, N.C. and earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University of PA
Business Administration. His work experience includes Human Resources and Operations Management, corporate
production planning, staffing, and retail operations. Hyman was formerly the Vice President of Communications
for American Marketing Association (AMA) and also earned his Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma.
Married with three children, Hyman enjoys his grandchild, traveling to Mexico, golf, and spending time
with friends and family. It is important to Hyman that his business relationships with his clients are
a win-win situation that results in a positive bottom line for the insured. |

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Susan is married to John for 35 years and has two children and three grandchildren. She has experience in banking, customer service, accounts manager and insurance. John and Sue enjoy biking on rail trails, and other outdoor activities, all which all take a second seat now that they have the additional joy of grandchildren. |

| Scott was born in Philadelphia and has lived in Lancaster for over 30 years. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and also holds a Master’s degree from Cal Tech. Scott spent the bulk of his professional career involved in the turnaround of small manufacturing companies where he became familiar with impact of employee benefits on the bottom line. Married with one child, Scott and his wife Lisa are avid golfers. |

| Brian graduated from Solanco High School and with honors in 1996 from Northland College
in Ashland, Wisconsin with a BS in Biology and Psychology. He worked for RR Donnelley from 1996 to 2004,
and came to NTI Group in 2004 as the first employee, where he works in the Individual and Group markets.
His responsibilities include working with new groups and group renewals. |

| Lissa recently moved back to Lancaster, PA with her husband from Florida, where they
lived after cruising the IntraCoastal Waterway on their sailboat for several years. While in Florida,
she started her own business, offering administrative services to professionals who needed part-time help.
Although she is relatively new to the insurance industry, Lissa has a background in psychology, counseling
and program administration. This background and her varied life experiences, make a perfect fit for problem
solving and customer service, which are her main responsibilities at NTI Group. Lissa is married, with one
child, several step-children and grandchildren. |

| Phil Rickenbach began his insurance career after graduating from Penn State University
in 1988 at USF&G in Harrisburg. He continued working in underwriting for 5 years after completing the
Underwriting Training program at the company and underwrote $ 4,500,000 of business for 45 agents in
Central Pennsylvania. Upon moving back to Lancaster County, he continued to underwrite insurance for
various insurance agencies in the area. Phil is married and has 3 dogs. |

| Ken has over 24 years of sales, marketing and management experience and began
his career with NTI Group in 2004 as an individual health markets field underwriter/broker.
Most recently, Ken held positions at HealthSouth Corporation as MRI Administrator for the Lancaster,
PA facility and was Physician Marketing Liaison for the Central Pa area. Ken is a graduate of Penn
Manor High School and holds a Business degree from Harrisburg Area Community College. |

| Kim is a graduate of Penn Manor High School and Empire Beauty School. She is a licensed teacher, manager, and cosmotologist. Kim has years of customer service and administrative experience. In July '07, she decided it was time for a new direction and challenge in life, so she joined the growing team at NTI Group. Now a licensed insurance agent, Kim enjoys the Steelers, music, singing, dancing, collecting elephants, and family time with her 4 kids, dog, and 2 cats. |

| Chris Stockbauer was born and raised in Lancaster County, PA. He has spent most of
his adult life in the sales and customer service oriented fields working with Cellular One, Commonwealth
Security Systems and now NTI Group. Chris spends most of his free time outdoors playing sports, enjoying
concerts or exploring with his family. As a people person, Chris strives to bring happiness to others in
the form of laughter, friendship and someone you can count on. |

| Jim served 6 years in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. After receiving his college
degree he worked 24 years in a manufacturing environment as a programmer analyst before going into marketing
and sales for a retirement community. This led him to a more independent position as a health broker/agent
for the NTI Group which he really enjoys. Jim has been supported by his wife for thirty-eight years, has
two grown sons and three grandchildren. He stays healthy by eating right, jogging regularly and being
thankful for each new day. |

| Stephanie was born in VA and moved to the Lancaster area in 1988.
She graduated from Valley Forge Christian College with a degree in Education, and earned her Masters degree from Millersville University. Stephanie was a 6th grade math teacher
for 4 years at Milton Hershey and for Lancaster City School District, and worked part-time as the
teacher for gifted/talented students. She is a licensed agent managing Broker Relations for NTI Group,
and lives in Lancaster with her husband, Bill, and two dogs, Tori & Maggie. |

| William Tell grew up in Lancaster County, graduating from Villanova University
with a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. He took an engineering position in his family's
manufacturing business. After eight years of experience in engineering and operations, he left the
company for his own venture into the world of insurance sales. William and his wife, Stephanie, founded NTI Group in 2002. |
