Deana Wesler

Deana was born and raised in Arkansas and lived in Texas and Tennessee before moving to Lancaster County in 1982. She is happy to call Lancaster home. Deana has worked in the insurance industry for 28 years. She specializes in workers compensation claims and has worked her way up from clerical support to a claims manager and regional complex claims analyst. She came to NTI Group in November 2010 to pursue a new challenge in the same industry.

What else would you like your clients to know about you?

I have two sons, James and Erick, one grandson, and two granddaughters.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy laughing out loud, gardening, crossword puzzles, movies, traveling, and being near the ocean.

What was your childhood dream?

I wanted to be a hair stylist and a go-go dancer on Rowan and Martin’s Laugh In.

What is your proudest moment?

The happiest days of my life were the births of my two sons and three grandchildren. It’s a joy to watch them grow at every age.

What has been your most significant experience at NTI Group?

I was ready for change but wanted to continue my career in insurance. NTI Group offered me an opportunity to learn accident and health insurance and to work with a diverse group of talented people.

What is the best comment a client gave you about your services?

I got an email from a client that said, “I want to tell you thank you so much for your timely response, your excellent customer service, and an overall pleasant experience with NTI Group.If I ever have a need for insurance of any kind, I will most certainly come back to NTI Group.”
