with agents, and we’re looking for candidates who have a desire to run their own business, can connect
well with others, and are motivated to be the best in their field. In return, NTI Group offers in-depth
training with a dedicated sales manager, full vestment from day one, inside administrative support,
leads, and progressive carrier and product selections. Our goal is to serve our clients for life by

| Many of our carriers have on-line enrollment, and some offer advanced commissions. We are constantly
looking for innovative products that will set our agents apart. NTI Group is one of the 10 GA’s in PA to
offer the HealthAmericaOne product, and we also have a few other exclusive products. |

| The addition of our property and casualty division has given our health agents the opportunity for
better retention. Also, agents receive referral fees for any property and casualty business written for
their clients which creates an additional revenue flow! |

| Property & Casualty Sales Agents |
| We are currently hiring a licensed property & casualty agent for commercial and/or personal lines.
Experience in cold-calling and general risk assessment is required, along with the ability to establish
strong relationships with business owners, vice presidents, human resource managers, etc. Some leads
will be provided, and inside administrative support will be available. |
